Registration and DNS availability are different. A registration result does not establish legal ownership or service reachability.

Discovery

An IANA bootstrap selects the authoritative RDAP service. The complete RDAP response is displayed, including published contacts, nested entities and registry extensions. Source redactions and attribution are preserved.

Limits

Only RDAP is executed. Legacy TCP WHOIS fallback is not enabled; unavailable RDAP is reported rather than fabricated.
