Discovery

The participant value is lowercased, SHA-256 hashed and Base32 encoded for NAPTR discovery. Production and test are independent observations; one missing result does not imply absence in the other.

Trust

TLS validation and private-IP blocking remain enabled. SMP XML is parsed without entities. Metadata is labelled untrusted: Peppol trust-anchor/XSD/signature verification is not configured.

Business cards

Business cards and service endpoints do not prove that an organization is active or contracted. Missing business cards are reported independently from service registration.
